I started this article planning to write a ‘top 5′ list of mistakes that companies make with their Facebook Page, but it soon more than tripled. Some of these mistakes are just pure laziness, others are caused by trying to force social media to fit ‘old marketing’ techniques. However many are just simply a lack of knowledge or strategy.
